I've had the machine and the card for about 3 years - I upgraded from Win 7 Ultimate to Win 10 Pro just a few months ago. Everything was working fine up until about a week ago when I restarted and realized Windows had updated the onboard HD drivers which led to a black screen instead of the Win 10 log-in screen.

I see the computer post, I see the Windows loading screen, but after that, all goes dark monitor goes into standby mode and the keyboard doesn't function. There must be something I'm missing. Like I said, up until I stupidly allowed MS to update my onboard graphics, the machine was running great.

This is NOT a hard ware issue and Nvidia themselves has responded to this, proof below, stop with the mis information.
