If incoming calls were routed through the app like Facebook messenger, it would allow for more data to pass through. The home screen could show all of the stored details for the contact and not just a tracking number or customer number. The app is also unstable and is frustrating to use.

For call flows, there needs to be a way to route based on tags. This would be simple to implement. Also the ability to take a number with an agent so that call is always routed to the specific agent but it can manually be changed later. This along with API access to change it from another program would be golden. Privacy practices may vary, for example, based on the features you use or your age.
